                neither the VLDB Endowment nor the local organizers can take responsibility 
                for any damage, loss or inconvenience participants might incur 
                in connection with the conference. In addition, the organizers 
                cannot be held responsible for the correctness or appropriateness 
                of the talks, papers, panels, tutorials and demonstrations included 
                in the conference. In particular, changes to the published conference 
                program or cancellation of parts thereof do not entitle participants 
                to a full or partial refund of the conference fee.</font></p>
